Planning & Development Offers a Convenient Drop Box for Plan Submittal Guilford County Planning & Development customers can easily drop off their plans any time, even after business hours, by using a new drop box located in the Independence Center parking lot in downtown Greensboro. Planning & Development is in the Independence Center at 400 W. Market Street, Greensboro, and entrance to the parking lot is off of Eugene Street.

Planning & Development staff will retrieve plans from the drop box three times a day during the work week, at 8 a.m., noon and 4 p.m. This additional service will make plan submittal more convenient and less time-consuming for customers who do not need to speak with staff.
